“What approach or what is the structure of the Consulting Mastery course material?”

Response: The Consulting Mastery course follows a strategic-to-tactical approach. Each module provides a strategic overview of key concepts with explanations as to the "why" behind the concept. From there, you dive into specific tactics that you can tailor to your needs. The tactics are explained with the help of videos, workbooks, templates, examples, scripts, and other resources so that you can implement them effectively and efficiently.

However, learning and developing processes is just the beginning. To ensure you can apply what you’ve learned, the course offers on-going support through weekly topic discussions, clinics, module exercises, and a community group where you can practice, receive feedback, and refine your approach.

“How do the weekly topic discussions work?”

Response: The weekly topic discussions are most effective when you’ve watched the videos and completed the lesson materials beforehand. These sessions begin with a quick recap of the content, followed by an open group discussion where consultants can share their successes, ask questions, and address any challenges they’re facing.

"What if I want to move through the program faster and finish sooner?"

Response: You can progress through the material at your own pace, whether that’s faster or slower. Once you sign up, you have immediate and lifetime access to the materials and the community group. The 16-week schedule is just a guideline. While weekly topic discussions are recorded and available for replay, there are no replays of the weekly clinics.

"Do you address the use of AI?

Response: Yes. We discuss using ChatGPT to assist you with tasks such as performing research and assisting with discovery meetings.

"I’m interested in the program, but I can’t start on September 3rd. Are there any options?"
