Hello Reader, I don’t know about you but as 2025 approaches, I’ve started working on my plan for 2025. I have to admit I actually began laying the groundwork for 2025 during my mid-year review by signing up for several online courses to ensure I close out 2024 strong and enter 2025 with momentum. Central to my business strategy is my "business blueprint"—my guide that keeps me aligned with my goals and is focused on what truly matters. My focus which is helping independent consultants build and grow their own profitable consulting business is the foundation of my blueprint.
